Procedure & reservation
Preserve your date
Online or by phone, pre-book your date. You will get a confirmation within 24 hours.
First contact & quote
During a first meeting at the studio over coffee, we will talk about your expectations and how your day will go. I will give you a precise quote and give you personalized advice.
How the day went
I will be at your disposal throughout the day while adapting to the unforeseen (entertainment, weather forecast, various requests, etc.). At the end of the service, I will ask you if you would like me to stay longer.
Selecting your images
The images are selected to tell your story. Only the most relevant and touching will be retained. This is why there is not a minimum or maximum number to send to you.
Professional retouching
Each image will be processed in order to improve its rendering (framing, brightness, contrast).
Delivery of your images
3 weeks after your wedding, you will have access to a private gallery to view and download your photos in a web definition. You will be able to give this access to all your guests, as the images will feature my logo discreetly in one corner. If the option is included in your package, 1 week later you will receive at home a personalized box containing a USB key with all the images in High Definition, without my logo, for personal use.
Payment terms / VAT
You can pay by card, cash or Twint. Pictures are only shipped to you after payment has been totaled. The services are not subject to VAT.
Right to use images & copyright
All services include the rights to print and use the photographs for private and non-profit purposes. The photos are protected by copyright, it is therefore mandatory to mention the photographer (© Laurine Mottet Photography) in all publications.
Access plan
The photographic studio is located less than 15 minutes from Lausanne and Vevey. Easily accessible from the Belmont or Chexbres motorway exit. A parking space is available in front of the studio which is on the lower ground floor.
