Procedure & booking
Booking and Quote
Online or by phone, ask for an accurate and fast quote. You can pre-book your date for free. Your reservation will be confirmed within 24 hours.
During Your Day
I will be listening to you throughout the day while adapting to unforeseen events (animation, weather, various requests, etc.). At the end of the service, I will ask you if you would like me to stay longer or if everything is going well.
Selecting your images
The images are selected to tell your story. Only the most relevant and touching will be retained. That's why there is not a minimum or maximum number to transmit to you.
Professional retouching
Every image that you choose will be retouched to be as pleasing as possible (reduction of brightness, dark circles, buttons, etc ...).
Images delivery
One week after your event, you will have access to a private gallery to view and upload your photos in a web definition. You will be able to give this access to all your guests because the images will include my logo discreetly in a corner. For your own use, you will get the images in ".Jpeg" High Definition images, without my logo, for personal use.
Terms of Payment / TVA
A deposit of 30% may be required, to reserve your date permanently, on the half a day and more packages. This deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation by you. The payment can be done in several times. The entire invoice must be paid before the delivery of the images. The services are not subject to TVA.
Images & Copyrights
All services include, rights of printing and use of photographs for private and non-profit purposes. The photos are protected by copyright, so it is mandatory to mention the photographer (© Laurine Mottet Photography) in all publications.

What are my guarantees ?In case of force majeure or cancellation, if the Photographer is unable to provide the agreed service, it informs the client who will have the choice between an immediate refund of the deposit paid under the reservation, or the replacement by a Professional Photographer recommended by the Photographer and approved by the client, under the same financial conditions as those provided by this Agreement.

What are the cancellation conditions?In case of cancellation by you, your deposit will not be refunded. You can cancel up to two weeks before your event, otherwise you will be asked for compensation up to the full amount.
